Can I get private health fund rebated in Revive TCM Clinic?
Health fund rebates are available at our clinics for a majority of popular private health insurance providers and a majority of health fund providers are covering acupuncture and remedial massage due to the proven health benefits and pain management control.
Is gift vouchers available in Revive TCM Clinic?
Yes, gift vouchers are available at our clinics.
Do I need to book? Can I make a booking with specific therapist?
We encourage you make a booking through our on-line booking system with the therapist you would like to see. Remedial massage is not available for on-line booking system currently, however you can call us on 956 956 88 for a booking. Nevertheless we welcome walk-in customers.
What if I prefer firmer or more gentle massage? Can I tell the practitioner?
We encourage you to discuss your preferences with the massage therapist and to give feedback.
Do you massage with oil?
Yes. We use herbal oils in our massage treatments. For a small extra fee you can choose from our range of essential oils (speak to your therapist).
What are the qualifications of the practitioners?
All Revive TCM Clinic's practitioners have a minimum qualification of a Bachelor Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.
What does an initial first consultation involve?
The first consultation allow practitioners to comprehensively check your health history and conduct a thorough health assessment using traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic methods—— Observation, Listening, Interrogation and Pulse-taking. Once assessed, the practitioner will provide you with an individual treatment plan such as Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Cupping etc.
How can I take the Herbal Medicine?
We are specialized in the top quality herbal granules & capsules targeted to each individual treatment. This granules & capsules have good consistency, minimized heavy metal and pesticide contamination hence it is possible for clients to have clean, safe and convenient herbal granules & capsules. Now, taking herbs is as easy as having a cup of instant coffee.
